| CHATHAM PARK VISITS THE FIREHOUSE |

Today, students in Mrs. Moyer & Mrs "R"'s morning and afternoon
kindergarten classes visited the firehouse to learn about fire prevention. The children learned about
practicing fire drills at home, 9-1-1, and Stop-Drop-Cover Your Eyes-and Roll. Afterwards, Deputy Chief
Chris Millay and Firefighter Zack Zacharka showed the children the fire trucks and let them squirt the
hose. The children seemed to have a great time as the smiles on their faces showed.

| GLENOLDEN PARADE |

Today, for the first time in the Departments history, all 5
Haverford Township fire companies marched together as the Haverford Township Bureau of Fire in a parade.
We competed in the parade with companies throughout DelCo to help celebrate Glenolden Fire Company's 100th
anniversary. Our ambulance brought home 1st place in the BLS division. Afterwards, members of the HTBF
went back to Oakmont Fire Company to celebrate some more. A great job by all those who attended, as well
as the strong support we had from the spectators as we marched through the streets. Photos courtesy of
