Today, members decorated the firehouse for the Christmas and
Holiday Season. Just another sign that it's almost time for the members of Llanerch to drive Santa around
the community to see all the boys and girls on Santa Sunday 12/18/2005!!! Special thanks to Mike McKenzie
Sr. for organizing the decorating this year, as many years past!

| ANNUAL MEETING |

Tonight the Board of Directors and Crew had their Annual Meeting.
Members of the Crew sat in on a monthly Board of Directors' meeting. The meeting was held in the engine
bay, rather than the Board Room, to allow for maximum seating. The Board allowed members to ask questions,
as each committee gave their report. Tonight's meeting allowed the crew members to see what goes on
'upstairs' with upper management and administration. The meeting was concluded, and both Board and Crew
members moved to the Crew Room, where they grubbed on buffalo wings and hot roast beef sandwiches. The
Board also distributed 3-season Llanerch FC jackets to each member, to show their appreciation for their
services. Special thanks to Marianne McAdams and Chris Connell for preparing the food.

Well things sure got cold quick! With the cold temperatures
finally upon us now, and the Holidays right around the corner, please take a minute to think about fire
safety!
- Be sure you changed the batteries in your smoke detectors and CO detectors.
- Be sure to have your chimney/fireplace/heater checked by a professional.
- Be sure NOT to park your vehicle on or drive through leaf piles.
- While decorating your house for the holidays, be sure not to overload electrical outlets.

| NEW ADDITION TO FIREHOUSE FAMILY |

Congratulations to Assistant Chief Engineer Ron Hurlock and his
family on the birth of their son Ryan Allen Hurlock on November 10th at 21:30 hrs. The baby weighed 7 lbs
7ozs and was 21" long. Mother, Father, Big Sister, & Baby are all doing well. We wish them the best of luck
& happiness!!
