Congratulations to Assistant Chief Chris Millay and his wife Julie on the birth of their third child Kevin Michael Millay. Kevin came into the world weighing 8 lbs. 4 ozs. and measuring 20.75" long. Kevin, Mom, Dad, and his older Brother and Sister are all doing well.
